3. Tracking & Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party tools that may collect data about your visit. We do not sell or share the information they collect with any party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google collects usage data such as pages viewed, session duration, and traffic sources. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Follow Up Boss Pixel (widgetbe.com)

Our site includes a tracking pixel operated by Follow Up Boss, a real estate CRM platform. This pixel fires on every page load to track visitor activity for client relationship management purposes. Data collected through this pixel is subject to Follow Up Boss’s privacy policy.

Calendly

When you click a scheduling link, you are directed to Calendly’s platform, which collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. Their data practices are governed by Calendly’s privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

Homebot

The “Get Your Home Value” link connects to Homebot, a third-party home valuation service. When you use this tool, Homebot collects your property address and email address. Their data practices are governed by Homebot’s privacy policy.

OneHome / portal.onehome.com

Property listing links direct you to the OneHome portal operated by Inside Real Estate. Any data you provide on that platform is governed by their separate privacy policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services
  • Schedule consultations and property tours
  • Send you property information, market updates, or newsletters (only if you have opted in)
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors interact with it
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We will never sell or share your personal data for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share data with the third-party tools listed in Section 3 solely as necessary to operate those services on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business transfers: If our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the acquiring party, who will be bound by this policy or an equivalent.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us and our service providers recognize your browser and remember certain information.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Track how you use the site to help us improve it
  • Marketing/pixel cookies (Follow Up Boss): Track page visits for client relationship management — not for third-party advertising
  • Functional cookies: Support site features such as navigation and form functionality

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on the site.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

  • Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Opt Out: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.
  • Right to Limit Use: You may request that we limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 15. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by law.

8. California Shine the Light (Civil Code § 1798.83)

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about whether a business has disclosed personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so no such disclosure list applies. California residents may still contact us at antonioatoche@gmail.com with any questions.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry-wide standard for how DNT requests should be honored. We disclose all tracking technologies in use on this site in Section 3 above. You may opt out of individual trackers using the methods described in that section.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

12. Data Security
